It seems Lenovo is getting ready to launch a host of devices, as an official media invite was sent out by the company hints towards the launch of a smartphone in Delhi on September 30. Although, Lenovo didn’t specify that the launch will unveil the Vibe Z2, it is the silhouette depicting the phone’s distinguishable back along with the camera and textured back panel that gave it away.The invite is for a Delhi based event and reads “Make Way for the Pro, The Pro awaits you.” The smartphone was unveiled ahead of IFA Berlin 2014, where Lenovo also showcased the Vibe X2, the world’s first tri-layered phone.The Vibe Z2 pro packs a 6 inch QHD (2560 X 1440) display and is up against the Oppo’s Find 7 and LG’s G3. Along with it’s huge screen, the phone is equipped with a 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor, Adreno 330 GPU and a hefty 3GB of RAM.The Android 4.4 KitKat OS will be clothed in Lenovo’s own Vibe UI 2.0 skin. The smartphone also sports a 16MP, 4K video capable rear camera with optical image stabilization to boot and a 5MP front facing camera.The phone comes with 32GB internal memory and will pack a substantial 4,000 mAh battery. The phone also comes with NFC technology built into it.Lenovo has a host of devices ready for launch. News of the Vibe Z2 Pro comes after Lenovo’s Vibe X2 was spotted on the official Lenovo website on Tuesday.
